We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of IVC (Involuntary Commitment) and Detox and Residential Treatment Services. As the Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and leading our substance use and mental health inpatient facility services in North Carolina. Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our IVC and Detox services.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including the ability to apply for mental health licensing for these services as needed.

· Program Development: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve and expand the scope of services provided.

· Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients.

· Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.

· Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the department, including budget planning and resource allocation.

· Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote our services and advocate for mental health awareness.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a substance use and mental health inpatient facility.

· Strong knowledge of North Carolina's mental health regulations and experience with licensing applications.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
