DUTIES
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking behavioral health services
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Utilize coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Provide case management services to assist individuals in accessing necessary resources and support
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist(LCAS) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW)
- Experience in behavioral health specifically substance use disorders.
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards and coding systems (ICD-10, ICD-9)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
